From a landing page to a company-wide ERP, an online store with real stock behind it, or a product that did not exist until we built it. We advise on what is possible, what is best and what is practical, then build it end to end. Throw us your hardest systems problem.
Behind the Koastal website sits the tool the business actually runs on. Their team was chasing hundreds of palm-oil mills across the country on spreadsheets, so we built a geospatial sales CRM that scores every mill for fit and drops it onto a live GPS map. It wraps a full pipeline around that, from first contact to signed contract, and adds activity logging, reminders, dashboards and import/export, turning guesswork into a route plan.

XE-KEI is the fleet platform Koastal Eco runs its vehicles on day to day, another internal system we built for a client we already knew inside out. Drivers get a phone-first log: they clock into a shift behind a photographed odometer, snap fuel and car-wash receipts, and file leave or breakdown requests in a tap. Managers get a live desktop control room that tracks every vehicle in real time, benchmarks real fuel economy against the manufacturer’s rating, approves each expense against its photo proof, dispatches jobs with read-receipts, and rolls the lot into weekly reports and a full audit trail.

Tía Tô is a language app for people who do not have an hour a day, built on disciplined restraint: ten AI-picked words each morning, taught properly, and nothing more. We built it end to end, with every character tappable for native audio and phonetics, spaced-repetition flashcards that resurface words just before they slip, a personal dictionary that grows with the learner, and subscriptions with payments across ten languages, each taught its own way.
Atik ran a one-chair barbershop with no signage, his whole reputation living on an Instagram grid customers kept scrolling past. We turned it into a single, deliberately bold landing page that leads with the work and the reviews and strips out every reason to hesitate: mobile-first, with every button opening a pre-filled WhatsApp booking, live Google reviews, an honest price list, and a find-us map that turns a phone visitor into a walk-in.
Koastal Eco is a returning client we have quietly built several internal business systems for, so when they needed a public face we already knew the operation inside out. They recover value from palm-oil mill effluent, a clever process that is genuinely hard to explain, so we built a confident, multilingual brand site that opens with the opportunity in plain numbers, walks the technology out in simple animated steps, and threads a “free site assessment” through the journey to turn quiet interest into qualified leads, all on clean SEO foundations.
Lý Maison came to us with little more than an idea, and we brought it to life as a complete, end-to-end revenue-generating business. It reads five traditions side by side and synthesises them into one literary report delivered in minutes: a premium storefront with a branded checkout and multiple payment methods, a report engine that generates each document on demand, and instant, account-free delivery through a secure tokened link with one-click PDF download.
Atur renews car insurance and settles roadtax at JPJ so their customers never queue. The whole business runs on getting a clean quote request, so we built the site around one thing: a six-step funnel that asks the right questions in about two minutes, then hands over to WhatsApp with everything pre-typed. No accounts, nothing stored on the site, and a real person replies in minutes.
Madli’s has fed Miri since 1970, three generations deep, but all that heritage lived on a Facebook page and a laminated menu. We built a warm, bilingual site that leads with the family story, puts the full menu online with live prices across nine categories, and routes catering enquiries and table visits straight to WhatsApp. Halal certification, opening hours and directions sit where a hungry person actually looks for them.
Whatever stage you are at, tell us the idea and we will show you what it could become.
