Your domain name

You pick the name. We advise you on the right one, register it in your name and handle the propagation so it points where it should.

Advanced only
Supplementary database fees

If your volumes outgrow the capacity included, the extra is passed on at cost. You hear about it from us before it arrives, never after.

§ 01

Websites and storefronts

Bought outright and yours from the day it goes live. These are starting figures for a project of that shape, not a menu. What comes back is itemised against what you actually asked for.

01

Landing page

One page with one job. Built to take an enquiry, a booking or a call, with everything else stripped out of the way.

fromRM999
02

Business website

Up to five pages. Home, about, services, work and contact, custom designed and built to be found in search.

fromRM1,500
03

Multi-page website

Seven pages or more, with deeper service pages, a journal or updates, and room to keep growing into.

fromRM1,800
04

Online store with an admin

Products, cart, checkout and online payments, with a proper back office for orders, stock and customers.

fromRM2,000
§ 02

Business software and apps

Replacing one spreadsheet is a different job from running a fleet. These are the two shapes most projects take, and the figure moves on how many moving parts have to stay in step.

05

Business software

One job, built for the people who do it. A sales CRM, a booking engine, stock or job tracking, an internal admin that finally replaces the spreadsheet everyone is afraid to touch.

fromRM4,000
06

Enterprise software

Several parts of the business in one system, with roles, permissions, reporting and an audit trail. Fleet platforms, multi-branch operations, anything that has to talk to what you already run.

Before we quote

Five things we ask

Answer these on a free call and an itemised quote comes back in writing, scoped to exactly that. If a simpler build would do the job, we will say so, and it will cost you less.

  1. 01How many people will use it, and from where
  2. 02What it replaces, and what happens to that today
  3. 03Whether it has to talk to software you already run
  4. 04How much information it holds, and for how long
  5. 05Whether it has to work properly on a phone
§ 03

Care and hosting

Optional on anything bought outright, and already part of both subscription plans. The cost follows what is running underneath, so a five page site and a fleet platform are never the same number.

Everything kept running, by us

Hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, uptime monitoring, and a person to make the change when you need one.

  • Priced on your architecture, not a flat guess
  • Cancel whenever you like
  • We hand the site over on the way out

What we never charge for

You should be able to find out whether we are the right people without it costing you anything.

The first conversationA call or a WhatsApp thread to work out what you actually need. Often that is not the thing you rang about.
The quoteItemised, in writing, scoped to what we discussed. Nothing padded into it and no obligation attached.
A working demoFor website projects we build a real preview of your actual site first, with your words and your photographs, before you commit to anything.
Changes during a sprintWhile we are still building it, steering it is part of the job. Revisions only become a separate cost after sign-off.
§ 04

Frequently asked questions

Including the one everybody wants to ask and usually does not, which is why two projects that sound identical on the phone can be a thousand ringgit apart.

Q.01

What makes one project cost more than another?

Six things, mostly, and you can usually work out in advance which way yours will go.

  • How many pages. Five pages is nothing like five times one page. The first page carries most of the design, and every page after it is cheaper than the one before.
  • Who writes the words. If the copy and the photographs are ready, we move faster and it costs less. If you would rather we wrote them, that is real work and it goes on the quote.
  • Whether it takes money or has logins. Payments, accounts and anything a customer signs into add work that is invisible from the outside and unavoidable underneath.
  • Whether it talks to what you already run. Accounting software, a POS, a supplier feed, an existing database. Usually the most useful part of a build, and usually the least predictable.
  • How settled the idea is. A clear brief is cheaper than a moving one. That is not a criticism, most good ideas move. It is the reason we consult first and quote second.
  • How soon you need it. Normal timelines cost normal money. A fixed date usually means reordering other work, and the quote will say so rather than hide it.
Q.02

Is it cheap because it is templated?

No. Nothing we ship started life as a template. The subscription plans are affordable because the architecture underneath is deliberately simple, not because the design is borrowed. A five page site that does one job well has no need of a heavy system behind it, and we would rather build the right size than sell you a bigger one.

Q.03

What is the difference between subscribing and buying outright?

The same website either way. On a subscription you pay monthly and the hosting, the edits and the support are part of it, which suits a business that would rather not put a lump sum down. Bought outright it is yours from day one and care is optional on top. If you are not sure which fits, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly.

Q.04

Can I start small and add to it later?

That is the whole idea. Start on Essential, move up to Advanced when the business actually needs a backend, and keep going from there. We are on hand when what you need changes, and nothing has to be rebuilt from scratch to get there.

Q.05

Why is there no fixed price for software?

Because any single number we printed would be wrong for most of the people reading it. The two starting figures above are honest floors. We would rather ask five questions on a free call and give you a real number than publish one that quietly assumes a project nobody has discussed yet.

Q.06

What if my budget is under everything on this page?

Tell us anyway. We will say honestly whether it can be done for that, and if it cannot, we will tell you what it would take and what you could do instead in the meantime. A straight answer costs you one message.

Q.07

Do you take payment in stages?

Yes. Project work is normally split across the build rather than paid up front, and the schedule is written into the quote so there are no surprises later. The subscription plans are simply monthly.

Q.08

What happens after it is live?

Nothing you have to pay for unless you want to. Care and hosting is optional on outright projects and included in the subscriptions. When what you need changes we are here. Some clients call once a year and others never do, and both are fine.
